“Professional and accommodating throughout the entire process” My house roof was 16 years old and pretty much needed to be replaced. I contacted Ivan Garcia with Telge roofing and get quote to replace the roof. The quote was reasonable especially with Telge roofing being around for a long time with factory-certified Master Elite roofing contractor for GAF (Shingles manufacturer). Within three days after I received the quote and agreed with the pricing, Telge roofing installed new roof shingles on my house, and was done in one day. A few things stood out to me from Telge roofing are:a) Showed up and started the work on timeb) Cleaned up after the work was done and removed all the debris including falling roofing nailsc) Extend the ridge vent wherever possible without me asking. This will help venting hot air out of the attic. I did not find this out until I compared the before and after pictures that Ivan provided. It was a pleasant surprise.d) Installed additional rain caps on all PVC exhaust vent per my request to add another layer of protection on top of the new flashing with no additional charge.e) 5 years warranty on laborf) Ivan was professional and accommodating throughout the entire process - Tien P.
